This document outlines the Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "ToS" or "Agreement") governing your use of Discordia’s services and your interactions on the mt2discordia.com website.

 - Modify any files that are part of the Discordia installation.
 - Create or use cheats, “mods,” hacks, or third-party software that alters Discordia gameplay.
 - Use third-party software to intercept, record, or collect information from or through our service.
 - Initiate or support any attack against our service, Discordia servers or other players.

RULES OF CONDUCT

Discordia operates under a set of rules of conduct that all users are required to follow. You are responsible for understanding and adhering to these rules. We reserve the right to take disciplinary action against any user found violating these rules, up to and including account suspension or termination. Actions may include the following:

 - Using a name that impersonates another individual, including “Game Masters” or employees (for lack of a better word) of Discordia.
 - Adopting a name that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
 - Posting or transmitting any content deemed offensive, unlawful, harmful, abusive, or harassing, including misspelled or alternative spellings intended to circumvent these restrictions.
 - Exploiting bugs, undocumented features, or “program bugs” to gain unauthorized access or competitive advantage.

ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD SECURITY

Your account security is your responsibility. We are not liable for any unauthorized access, hacking, or damage caused by a virus. Should we deem it necessary to preserve the integrity of Discordia, we reserve the right to take action at our discretion, including temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP

The Software and Services associated with Discordia, including graphics, music, sound effects, animations, video, text, and other materials (collectively referred to as “Content”), are either owned or licensed by mt2discordia.com. Users do not own any rights to this content, including in-game assets or account attributes. Virtual assets (collectively referred to as “Virtual Assets”) developed or acquired during gameplay are solely the property of Discordia.

You agree not to claim ownership of Virtual Assets and Discordia’s absolute discretion to modify, enhance, or remove such assets without compensation.

By submitting any content to the Service, you grant Discordia a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform your content worldwide.

ITEMSHOP

mt2discordia.com operates a virtual shop where users can purchase items for use within Discordia. Users must have an account credited with “Favor” via the online payment system to make purchases.

Refund Policy:
If a transaction fails, resulting in un-credited coins, or if a purchase is made by mistake, users should contact [email protected] for assistance.

Claims for non-delivery or other issues must be submitted via a support ticket or email.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you believe any material on Discordia infringes your copyright, please contact [email protected] with proof of ownership or authorization.

Discordia will remove the material promptly if necessary.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Some images, files, videos, or other materials may originate from third-party websites, which are solely responsible for their content. If a third-party link on our site violates your rights or is otherwise inappropriate, contact us to request its removal.

PAYMENT AND SHOP SECURITY

All transactions on mt2discordia.com are encrypted for security. 

Card payments are handled through third-party processors, ensuring that card data is not stored on our servers.

Your name and email may be stored for invoicing purposes.
